2020-1522, Battery, On 06/06/2020 at approximately 1741 hours, deputies investigated a battery in the 200 block Front Street in Newark. The investigation is ongoing at this time.

2020-1527, Warrant Arrest: On 06/07/20 at 0913hrs, A Kendall County Sheriff’s Deputy arrived at a residence on the 700 block of W. Rock Street, Plano for the purpose of service of court papers. The Deputy discovered Christina M. Moreno, a 37 year old of the 700 block of W. Rock Street, Plano was wanted on a DeKalb County warrant for theft. Bond set at $3,000 x 10%. Moreno was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.

2020-1532, DUI: On 06-07-20 at 2117 hours, deputies responded to the area of Holt Rd near Ridge Rd in reference to a report of a vehicle being parked in the middle of the roadway. After investigation, Michael Smith , a 44 year old male from the 100 block of Park Ave in Morris, was arrested for driving under the influence. Smith was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.
