2020-3194, Driving while License Suspended: On 11-15-20 at 1940 hours, Sheriff’s Deputies were investigating a report of domestic trouble in the 0-99 block of Boulder Hill Pass, Oswego Township. While investigating the incident Steven Owens, a 29-year-old male from the 0 to 99 block of Aldon Rd, Montgomery, was observed driving with a suspended driver’s license. Owens was cited and released on his own recognizance.

2020-3195, Warrant Arrest: On 11-15-20 at 1940 hours, Sheriff’s Deputies were investigating a report of domestic trouble in the 0-99 block of Boulder Hill Pass, Oswego Township. Contact was made with Samantha Sacckette, a 29-year-old female from the 0-99 block of Aldon Road, Montgomery, who was wanted on a failure to appear warrant issued by Kendall County for driving while license suspended with a bond amount of $5,000/10% with $75 fee to apply. Sacckette was taken into custody and transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing without incident.

2020-3196, Speeding 35 Or More Over: On 11/15/20 at 2132 hours, Sheriff’s Deputies initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle for speeding 78 MPH in a 35 MPH zone, near the intersection of Plainfield Road and Woolley Road in Oswego Township. The driver was identified as Steve Perez, a 20-year-old male from the 8200 block of Claridge Drive, Joliet. Perez was cited for class A misdemeanor speeding and released on his own recognizance.

2020-3199, No Valid Driver’s License: On 11/16/20 at 0249 hours, Sheriff’s Deputies initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle for speeding 55 MPH in a 40 MPH zone in the area of RT25 and Glendale Ave in Oswego Township.  The driver was identified as Jhari D Ratcliff, a 19-year-old male from the 21000 block of Gray Hawk Dr, Matteson. Ratcliff was cited for speeding, no insurance, transporting a child without a safety seat and no valid driver’s license. Ratcliff was released on his own recognizance.
