2021-3225, DUI:  On 11/13/21 at 2:15 a.m., sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to the area of Sonora Road and Afton Drive, Oswego Township, for a report of a single vehicle traffic crash.  The driver of the vehicle, Mary Cardenas, a 41-year-old female from the 0 to 50 block of Chatham, Montgomery was taken into custody for DUI.  Cardenas was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.

The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
