2023-3929, Vehicle Theft: On 12/13/23 at 3:22 p.m., deputies responded to the 2000 block of Douglas Road in Oswego Township for a report of a vehicle theft. The investigation is ongoing.

2023-3932, Speeding: On 12/14/23 at 2:43 a.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Route 47 near Caton Farm Road in Kendall Township for speeding. Alexander Kelsey, a 19-year-old male from the 0-99 block of Wehrli Road in Naperville, was cited for driving greater than 35 miles per hour over the speed limit and released with a notice to appear.

2023-3933, Disorderly Conduct: On 12/14/23 at 3:23 a.m., deputies responded to the 100 block of Fernwood Road in Oswego Township for a report of disorderly conduct.  The investigation is ongoing.   

The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
