2023-4009, Identity Theft: On 12/20/23 at 1:31 pm, deputies responded to the 0-99 block of Hickory Ct in Bristol Township for a report of an identity theft. The investigation is ongoing.

2023-4010, Theft: On 12/20/23 at 1:40 pm, deputies responded to the 0-99 block of Sheffield Road in Oswego Township for a report of a theft. The investigation is ongoing.

2023-4013, Driving Under the Influence: On 12/20/23 at 9:28 pm, deputies conducted a traffic stop in the area of Route 126 and Minkler Road in Kendall Township for a moving violation. Contact was made with the driver, Rene Cazales, a 47-year-old male from the 500 block of Burning Bush Drive in Yorkville, who was arrested for driving under the influence. He was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.

The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
