2023-4026, No Valid Driver’s License: On 12/22/23 at 9:00 a.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop near N Bereman Road and Fernwood Road in Oswego Township for a moving violation. Roberto Santacruz, a 47-year-old male from the 0-99 block of Seneca Drive in Montgomery, was cited for no valid driver’s license and released with a notice to appear.

2023-4032, Aggravated Domestic Battery: On 12/22/23 at 6:18 p.m., deputies responded to a report of domestic battery in the 100 block of Clark Road in Little Rock Township. After investigation, Bryan M. Steininger, a 36-year-old male from the 100 block of Clark Road in Little Rock Township, was arrested for aggravated domestic battery. Bryan was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.

2023-4037, Hit and Run: On 12/22/23 at 8:32 p.m., deputies responded to the area of IL-71 and Legion Road in Kendall Township for a report of leaving the scene of a property damage traffic crash.  The investigation is ongoing.

2023-4038/2023-4039, Traffic Crash with Injury/Driving While License Suspended: On 12/22/23 at 10:38 p.m., deputies responded to a report of a traffic crash with injuries on Route 126 near Line Road.  A 50-year-old male from Willowbrook was transported to a local area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.  Timothy Rayburn, a 55-year-old male from Chicago, was cited for driving while license suspended and released with a notice to appear.

The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
