2023-4099, In-State Warrant: On 12/29/23 at 3:28 pm, deputies responded to the 100 block of Heathgate Road in Oswego Township to attempt service on a warrant. Contact was made with Caleb J. Welch, a 19-year-old male from the 100 block of Heathgate Road in Montgomery, who was found to have a Kendall County warrant for Unlawful Possession of a Stolen Vehicle and Criminal Trespass to a Vehicle with no bond. He was taken into custody and transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.

2023-4100, Driving while License Suspended: On 12/29/23 at 4:35 pm, deputies responded to the area of Rock Creek Road and Sears Road in Little Rock Township for a disabled vehicle.  The driver of the vehicle, Miles V. Soliveres, a 30-year-old male from the 5000 block of East Lake Drive in Lisle, was cited for driving while license suspended and released with a notice to appear.

2023-4108, Domestic Battery/Aggravated Assault: On 12/30/23 at 2:38 am, deputies responded to the 0-99 block of Hunter Drive in Oswego Township for a report of domestic battery. During the investigation, Jaime E Olivarez, a 23-year-old male from 0-99 block of Hunter Drive in Montgomery, was arrested for domestic battery and aggravated assault. Olivarez was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.

The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
