2023-0266, Speeding: On 01/28/24 at 9:50 a.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Route 71 near East Street in Big Grove Township for speeding. Saul I. Alvarado, a 22-year-old male from the 300 block of Larue Street in Streator, was cited for driving 26-34 miles per hour over the speed limit and released with a notice to appear.

2024-0267, Speeding: On 01/28/24 at 11:45 a.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Route 126 and Fairway Drive in Na-Au-Say Township for speeding.  Jessica E. De Patie, a 33-year-old female from the 14000 block of Independence Court in Plainfield, was cited for driving 26-34 miles per hour over the speed limit and released with a notice to appear.

2023-0268, Speeding: On 01/28/24 at 2:34 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Route 71 and Eldamain Road in Fox Township for speeding. Michelle A. Salemi, a 30-year-old female from 5N400 block of Glenn Oak Lane in Saint Charles, was cited for driving 35 or more miles per hour over the speed limit and released with a notice to appear.

2024-0271, Speeding: On 01/28/24 at 4:58 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Eldamain Road and Rena Lane in Bristol Township for speeding.  Dionissios B. Gounelis, a 22-year-old male from the 2000 block of Crosswind Drive in Plainfield, was cited for speeding 26-34 miles per hour over the speed limit and released with a notice to appear.

2024-0272, Battery: On 01/28/24 at 5:25 p.m., deputies responded to the 0-99 block of Cannonball Trail in Bristol Township for a report of a battery.  The investigation is ongoing.

2024-0273, Disorderly Conduct: On 01/28/24 at 5:12 p.m., deputies responded to the 0-99 block of West Anchor Dr in Oswego Township for a report of disorderly conduct.  The investigation is ongoing.

2024-0274, Driving While License Suspended:  On 01/28/24 at 7:17 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Route 30 Bypass and Kendall Point Drive in Oswego Township for an equipment violation. Timothy C. Saenz, a 45-year-old male from the 25000 block of West Knoll Road in Plainfield, was cited for driving while license suspended and released with a notice to appear.

2024-0275, Traffic Crash with Injury: On 01/29/24 at 9:36 p.m., deputies responded to the area of Ridge Road near Route 126 in Na-Au-Say Township for a report of a traffic crash with injuries. A 35-year-old male from Yorkville and a 36-year-old female from Yorkville were transported to a local area hospital for non-life-threating injuries.
