2024-0769, Domestic Battery: On 03/10/24 at 5:20 a.m., deputies responded to the 2000 block of Bell Road in Seward Township for a report of a domestic battery. The investigation is ongoing.

2024-0771, Speeding/No Valid Driver’s License: On 03/10/24 at 11:31 a.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Route 52 near Jughandle Road in Seward Township for speeding. Hasante Parker, a 26-year-old male from the 2000 block of Southernwood Lane in Indianapolis, IN, was cited for speeding 26-34 miles per hour over the limit and no valid driver’s license. Parker was released with a notice to appear.

The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
