2024-2277, Speeding: On 07/22/24 at 8:35 a.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop for speeding on RT71 near Millbrook Road in Fox Township. Hillary Weis, a 45-year-old female from the 16000 block of South Parker Road in Homer Glen, was cited for driving 26-34 miles per hour over the speed limit. Weis was issued a notice to appear and released.

2024-2280, Speeding: On 07/22/24 at 11:41 a.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Eldamain Road near River Road in Little Rock Township for speeding. Carlos Martinez, a 68-year-old male from the 700 block of Foran Lane in Aurora, was cited for driving 26-34 miles per hour over the speed limit. Martinez was issued a notice to appear and released.

2024-2284, Burglary to Motor vehicle / ID Theft: On 07/22/24 at 5:30 p.m., deputies responded to the 100 block of Harbor Dr Road in Oswego Township for a report of a Burglary to motor vehicle and identity theft. The investigation is ongoing. 

2024-2288, DUI: On 07/22/24 at 6:02 p.m., deputies responded for a property damage crash at 7265 Route 71 in Bristol Township. Cassandra M. Ginn, a 21-year-old female from the 600 block of Spruce Court in Oswego, was arrested for driving under the influence. Ginn was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.

2024-2292, Battery & Assault: On 07/22/24 at 8:58 p.m., deputies responded to the 100 block of Harbor Drive in Oswego Township for a report of a battery and assault. The investigation is still ongoing.

2024-2294, In-State Warrant: On 07/23/24 at 12:04 a.m., deputies responded to the area of River Road and Eldamain Road in Bristol Township for a disturbance. Contact was made with Ivan Nevarez-Corral, a 31-year-old male from the 11000 block of River Road in Yorkville, who was wanted on a LaSalle County failure to appear warrant for driving under the influence. The bond on the warrant was set at no bond. Nevarez-Corral was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.

                                                             The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
