2024-2470, Speeding: On 08/05/24 at 3:18 pm, deputies conducted a traffic stop on Fox Road near Red Gate Lane in Fox Township for speeding. Corinne Gatewood, a 19-year-old female from the 0-99 block of Terry Drive in Sugar Grove, was cited for driving 26-34 miles per hour over the speed limit. Gatewood was issued a notice to appear and released.

2024-2471, Theft: On 08/05/24 at 4:05pm, deputies responded to the 100 block of N. Union St in Big Grove Township for a report of a theft. This investigation is ongoing.

2024-2474, Domestic Battery: On 08/05/24 at 6:17 p.m., deputies responded to a report of domestic battery in the 0-99 block of Anchor Drive West in Oswego Township. After investigation, Jamie C. Alvarez, a 33-year-old male from the 0-99 block of Anchor Drive West in Oswego Township, was arrested for domestic battery. Alvarez was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.

2024-2475, In State Warrant: On 08/05/24 at 7:59 p.m., deputies responded to the 300 block of Bucktail Drive in Oswego Township for a warrant service. Contact was made with Jacoree L. Sutton, a 31-year-old male from the 300 block of Bucktain Drive in Oswego, who was found to have an active Kendall County warrant for Driving While License Suspended with no bond. He was taken into custody and transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.

2024-2476, In-State Warrant: On 08/5/24 at 9:17 p.m., contact was made with Jose A. Martinez, a 40-year old-male from the 1000 block of Harvey Road in Oswego Township. Martinez was found to be wanted on a failure to appear Kendall County warrant for Reckless Discharge of a Firearm, no bond. Martinez was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.
