2024-2533, Illegal Dumping: On 08/11/24 at 8:42 a.m., deputies responded to the 1000 block of Collins Road in Oswego Township for a report of illegal dumping. The investigation is ongoing.

2024-2534, In-State Warrant: On 08/11/24 at 8:42 a.m., deputies were investigating a call of illegal dumping in the 1000 block of Collins Road in Oswego Township. Contact was made with Jill Marshall, a 55-year-old female from the 1000 block of Collins Road, who was wanted on a Kane County failure to appear warrant for driving with a suspended license. Marshall was taken into custody transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing without incident.

2024-2536, Domestic Battery: On 08/11/24 at 12:08 p.m., deputies responded to the 0-99 block of Greenfield Road in Oswego Township for a report of a domestic battery. The investigation is ongoing.

2024-2540, Domestic Battery: On 08/11/24 at 7:34 p.m., deputies responded to a report of domestic battery in the 9000 block of Route 34 in Bristol Township. After investigation, Kimberly Gariffo, a 31-year-old female from the 9000 block of Rt. 34 in Bristol Township, was arrested for domestic battery. Gariffo was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing

2024-2541, In-State Warrant: On 08/11/24 at 8:16 p.m., contact was made with Ronald A. Mertl, a 35-year old-male from the 2100 block of Rossiter Parkway, Plainfield. Mertl was found to be wanted on a failure to appear Kendall County warrant for Driving While Under the Influence of Alcohol. The bond on the warrant was set at $5,000 x 10%. Mertl was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.

2024-2542, In-State Warrant: On 08/11/24 at 8:34 a.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop in the area of Douglas Road and Saugatuck Road in Oswego Township. Contact was made with Guillermo L. Castro, a 26-year-old male from the 300 block of Butterfield Road in North Aurora, who was wanted on an Aurora Police Department original warrant for domestic battery (no bond). Castro was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.

2024-2543, Domestic Battery: On 08/11/24 at 8:34 p.m., deputies responded to the 0-100 block of Paddock Street in Oswego Township for a report of a domestic battery. The investigation is ongoing.

2024-2544, Criminal Damage to Property: On 08/12/24 at 12:17 a.m., deputies responded to the 1200 block of Game Farm Road in Bristol Township for a report of criminal damage to property. The investigation is ongoing.

2024-2545, DUI: On 08/12/24 at 1:54 a.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Fox Road near Pavillion Road in Fox Township for numerous traffic violations. Kevin Raavel, a 37-year-old male from the 100 block of Poplar Road in Yorkville, was arrested for driving under the influence. Raavel was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.
