2024-2619, Disorderly Conduct: On 08/18/24 at 7:54 a.m., deputies responded to the 1600 block of Route 25 in Oswego Township for a report of disorderly conduct. The investigation is ongoing.

2024-2620, Domestic Battery: On 08/18/24 at 10:52 a.m., deputies responded to the 0-99 block of Eastfield Road in Oswego Township for a report of domestic battery. The investigation is ongoing.

2024-2624, Obstructing Identification: On 08/18/2024 at 10:27 p.m., deputies responded to a report of a disturbance in the 100 block of Light Road in Oswego Township. After investigation, Andrik Virto-Toledo, a 20-year-old male from the 900 block of Highland Street in Aurora, was arrested for obstructing identification, possession of alcohol by a minor, and consumption of alcohol by a minor. Virto-Toledo was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.

2024-2625, Harassment through Electronic Communications: On 8/18/24 at 10:27 p.m., deputies responded to the 0-100 block of Harbor Drive for a report of harassment through electronic communications. The investigation is ongoing. 

The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
