2024-2690, Deceptive Practices: On 08/25/24 at 10:59 A.M., deputies responded to a call of deceptive practices that occurred in the 300 block of Pleasure Drive in Bristol Township. The investigation is ongoing.

2024-2702, Driving While License Suspended: On 08/25/24 at 06:49 P.M., deputies conducted a traffic stop in the area of Galena Rd. and Rosenwinkel St. in Yorkville. Contact was made with Efrain Huerta-Alanis, a 31 year old male from the 700 block of Lafayette St. in Aurora. Efrain was cited for driving while license suspended and released with a notice to appear.

2024-2703, Domestic Battery: On 08/25/24 at 09:27 P.M., deputies responded to the 0-100 block of E Birch Ct. in Fox Township for a report of a domestic battery. The investigation is ongoing.

The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
