2024-2895, DWLS: On 09/13/24 at 8:36 a.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Route 34 near Boulder Hill Pass in Oswego Township. After investigation, Jessica Rohrer, a 31-year-old female from the 100 block of South River Road in North Aurora, was cited for driving on a suspended driver’s license. Rohrer was released with a notice to appear. 

2024-2896, ID Theft: On 09/13/24 at 12:13 p.m., deputies responded to the 7000 block of Sundown Lane in Bristol Township for a report of an identity theft. The investigation is ongoing.

2024-2899, No Valid Driver’s License: On 09/13/24 at 7:09 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Route 47 near Wrigley Street in Yorkville for disobeying a red light. Mikenson Jean-Baptiste, a 31-year-old male from the 400 block of Camden Drive in Yorkville, was cited for driving on a no valid driver’s license and released with a notice to appear.

2024-2901, Deceptive Practices: On 9/13/2024 at 7:57 p.m., deputies responded to the 0-99 block of Sonora Dr. in Montgomery for the report of deceptive practices. The investigation is ongoing.

2024-2905, DUI:  On 9/13/2024 at 9:55p.m., deputies responded to a traffic crash near Minkler Road and Collins Road, Oswego Township.  Upon investigation, the driver Claudia Morales, a 30-year-old female from the 400 Block of N View St, Aurora, was taken into custody for driving under the influence of alcohol.  She was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing. 

The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
