2024-2927, Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident: On 09/16/24 at 9:50 a.m., deputies responded to the 100 block of Laurie Lane in Oswego Township for a report of leaving the scene of a property damage accident. The investigation is ongoing.

2024-2934, No Valid Driver’s License: On 9/16/24 at 9:30 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Route 34 in Oswego township for expired registration. Jose L. Guerra Jr a 26-year-old male from the 0-99 block of Seton Creek in Oswego Township, was cited for no valid driver’s license. Guerra Jr. was issued a notice to appear.

2024-2938, Hit and Run: On 09/16/24 at 10:11 p.m., deputies responded to the 0-99 block of Boulder Hill Pass, in Oswego Township for a report of leaving the scene of a crash. The investigation is ongoing.

2024-2940, Domestic Battery: On 09/17/24 at 12:45 a.m., deputies responded to the 0-99 block of Bereman Rd in Oswego Township for a report of a domestic battery. The investigation is ongoing.

The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
