2024-3123, Disorderly Conduct: On 10/02/24 at 11:32 a.m., deputies responded to a report of disorderly conduct in Newark. After investigation, a 17-year-old juvenile was charged with disorderly conduct and referred to court services. 

2024-3137, Theft: On 10/3/2024 at 5:10 p.m., deputies responded to the 2100 block of Route 52 in Seward Township for the report of a theft. The investigation is ongoing.

2024-3138, Theft: On 10/3/2024 at 5:10 p.m., deputies responded to the 2200 block of Route 52 in Seward Township for the report of a theft. The investigation is ongoing.

2024-3140, Violation of an order of protection: On 10/3/2024 at 6:28 p.m., deputies responded to the 0-99 block of Sierra Rd in Oswego Township for the report of a violation of an order of protection. The investigation is ongoing.

The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
