2024-3400, Driving while Suspended: On 10/26/24 at 8:18 a.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Route 31 near Caterpillar Drive in Oswego Township.   After investigation, Tayler Free, 27-year-old female from the 1000 block of Howell Place in Aurora, was cited for driving on a suspended driver’s license and was released with a notice to appear.

2024-3403, Theft of Motor Vehicle: On 10/26/24 at 10:18 a.m., deputies responded to the 2700 block of Light Road in Oswego Township for a report of a theft of motor vehicle. The investigation is ongoing.

2024-3405, Crash with Injuries: On 10/26/24 at 2:46 p.m., deputies responded to the 6000 block of Reservation Road in Oswego Township for a report of a crash with injuries.   After investigation, a 41-year-old male from Plainfield was transported to a local hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.

2024-3406, Driving While License Suspended: On 10/26/24 at 9:36 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop in the area of John St. near Aspen Ln, Yorkville for a moving violation. The driver, Ricardo Moreno, a 29-year-old male from the 1400 block of Aspen Ln., Yorkville, was found to be driving with a suspended driver’s license. He was cited and issued a Notice to Appear

2024-3407, In-State Warrant: On 10/26/24 at approximately 9:36 p.m., deputies made contact with Ricardo Moreno, a 29-year-old male from the 1400 block of Aspen Ln., Yorkville, who was wanted on a Kendall County Sheriff warrant for Driving While License Suspended with no bond. Moreno was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing
