2024-3799, Burglary to Motor Vehicle – On 12/2/2024 at approximately 7:00 am, Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the 1000 block of Route 30 in Oswego Township for a report of a burglary to motor vehicle.  The investigation is on-going.

2024-3802, Perjury:  On 12-02-24 at approximately 09:08am, Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the Kendall County Courthouse for a report of perjury.  The investigation is ongoing.

2024-3803, Misuse of 911:  On 12-02-24 at approximately 08:29am, Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the Public Safety Center for a report of misuse of 911.  The investigation is ongoing. 

2024-3810, Possession of Controlled Substance: On 12/02/24 at 10:31 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Chicago Road near North Madison Street in Oswego for improper turn. Hana Saade, a 23-year-old female from the 3800 block of West 46^th Street in Chicago, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance. Saade was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.

The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
