2024-3857, Traffic Crash with Injury: On 12/06/24 at 7:03 p.m., deputies responded to a report of a traffic crash with injuries on Line Road near Baltz Road. A 48-year-old Man from Joliet was transported to a local area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

2024-3858, Deceptive Practices: On 12/06/2024 at 7:11 p.m., deputies responded to the 0-99 block of Lillian Ln in Yorkville for the report of deceptive practices. The investigation is ongoing.

2024-3859, Criminal Damage to Property: On 12/06/2024 at 9:27 p.m., deputies responded to the 100 block of Harbor Dr in Oswego Township for the report of criminal damage to property. After the investigation, Steven Marin, a 50-year-old-male, from the 100 block of Harbor Dr, was arrested for criminal damage to property. Marin was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.

2024-3860, In-State Warrant: On 12/07/24 at 1:34 p.m., deputies were investigating a suspicious person in the 0-99 block of Boulder Hill Pass in Oswego Township. Contact was made with Rocely Rodriguez, a 32-year-old female from the 6000 block of Pavillion Road in Yorkville, who was wanted on a Kane County failure to appear warrant for violation of pre-trial release. Rodriguez was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing

2024-3861, Possession of Controlled Substance: : On 12/07/24 at 1:34 p.m., deputies were investigating a suspicious person in the 0-99 block of Boulder Hill Pass in Oswego Township. Contact was made with Rocelyn Rodriguez, a 32-year-old female from the 6000 block of Pavillion Road in Yorkville, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Rodriguez was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.

 

The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
