2024-3877, Traffic Crash with Injury: On 12/08/24 at 9:42 p.m., deputies responded to a report of a crash with injuries on Route 30 near Dickson Road A juvenile was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

2024-3581, DUI:  On 12/9/2024 at 1:42a.m., deputies responded to the 4000 Block of Tuma Road, Bristol Township for an accident.  After investigation, Frederico Herrera-Hernandez, a 42-year-old man from 900 block of Heartland Drive, Yorkville, was charged with DUI.  Herrera-Hernandez was taken into custody and transported to the Kendall County Jail. 

The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
