2024-3923, Deceptive Practices: On 12/13/2024 at 3:04p.m., deputies responded to the Public Safety Center for a report of deceptive practices that occurred in the 9000 block of Kennedy Road in Bristol Township. The investigation is ongoing.

2024-3924, Speeding: On 12/13/24 at 3:36 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Simons Road near Douglas Road in Oswego Township. Rafal Wisniewski, a 35-year-old male from the 25000 block of Ambrose Road, Plainfield was cited for driving 81mph in a 45mph zone.  He was cited and released with a notice to appear in court.

2024-3926, Disorderly Conduct: On 12/13/24 at 7:14 p.m., deputies responded to the 0-100 block of Codorus Road in Oswego Township for a report of disorderly conduct. The investigation is ongoing.

2024-3928, Criminal Trespass to Motor Vehicle: On 12/14/20 at 12:48 a.m., deputies responded to the 5300 block of Half Round Road in Oswego Township for a report of a Criminal Trespass to Motor Vehicle. The investigation is ongoing.

The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
