Joseph Urso was apprehended in Montgomery, Illinois by members of the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office.
On December 17th, the Sheriff’s Office was notified by the LaSalle County Sheriff’s Office that a warrant was issued for Urso, a 50-year-old male from Montgomery, IL, stemming from threats made toward a 13th Judicial Circuit Judge resulting in charges of Threatening a Public Official and Intimidation (both are class 3 felonies).
