2025-0036, Accident with Injuries: On 010325 at 3:37pm, deputies responded to a report of a traffic crash with injuries on RT.71 and Oak Creek Drive in Oswego Township. A 54-year-old female from Yorkville was transported to a local area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Osvaldo Arroyo, a 41-year-old male from Oswego was cited for following too closely and released on the scene.

 2025-0044 On 01/03/25 at approximately 11:40 P.M., deputies conducted a traffic stop in the area of Douglas Rd. and Barbara Ln. in Oswego Township. After investigation, Pablo Deltoro, a 34 year old male from the 1000 block of Timber Lane Dr. in Montgomery, was taken into custody on a failure to appear Kane County warrant. He was transported to the Kendall County Jail.

The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
