2025-0058, Theft by Deception: On 01/06/2025 at 0955 hours, deputies’ responded to the 10000 block of Lisbon Road in Kendall Township for a report of theft by deception that occurred between December 16th 2024 and January 6, 2025. The investigation is ongoing.
2025-0064, DUI: On 01/06/25 at 6:22 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on West Van Buren Street near Main Street in Oswego Township for expired registration. Jonathon E. Torres, a 44-year-old male from the 200 block of Adams Street in Oswego, was arrested for driving under the influence. Jonathon was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.
2025-0065, Possession of Cannabis: On 1/6/2025 at 10:47p.m., deputies completed a traffic stop near Route 34 and McHugh Road. Brandon Contreras-Gonzalez, a 25-year-old man from the 4000 Block of Cummins Street, Plano, was cited for unlawful possession of cannabis. He was released with a notice to appear.
2025-0066, Domestic Battery: On 1/6/2025 at 9:03p.m., deputies responded to the 12000 Block of Lisbon Road, for a report of a domestic battery. The case is under investigation.
