2025-0103, ID Theft: On 01/10/25 at 8:08 a.m., deputies responded to the 8000 block of Block Road in Kendall Township for a report of identity theft. The investigation is ongoing. 

2025-0116, Domestic Battery: on 01/10/25 at 5:19 p.m. deputies responded to the 0-99 block of E Merchants Dr in Oswego Township for the report of domestic battery. After the investigation, Robert Franklin, an 33 year-old male from the 0-99 block of Pueblo Dr in Oswego Township, was arrested for domestic battery. Franklin was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.

The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
