2025-0177, Credit Card Fraud:  On 01-16-25, at 9:53 am, Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the 0-100 Block of Seneca Drive in Oswego Township for a report of credit card fraud.  The investigation is ongoing.

2025-0180, Check Fraud:  On 01-16-25 at 3:24pm, Sheriff’s Deputies responded to 0-100 block of Brookside ln. in unincorporated Bristol Township for a report of check fraud.  The investigation is ongoing. 

2025-0181, Harassment through Electronic Communications: On 1/16/2025 at 7:23 p.m., deputies responded to the 200 block of Fernwood Road for a report of harassment through electronic communications. The investigation is ongoing. 

2025-0182, Warrant Arrest: On 1/16/2025 at 7:23 p.m., deputies responded to the 1900 block of Douglas Road in Montgomery for an arrest warrant. Contact was made with Jeremiah Reichardt, a 48-year-old male from the 200 block of East New York Street in Aurora, who was taken into custody on a Kendall County original warrant for the offense of escape. Reichardt was arrested and transported to the Kendall County Jail without incident.

 The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
