2025-0385, Forgery: On 2/4/2025 at 1:32 p.m., deputies responded to the 300 block of E Route 71 in Big Grove Township for a report of Forgery.  The investigation is ongoing.

2025-0390, In-State Warrant: On 02/04/25 at approximately 10:12 p.m., deputies made contact with Joseph P. Trice Jr., a 23-year-old male from the 400 block of Brookside Dr., Oswego, who was wanted on a Kendall County Failure to Appear warrant for driving while license suspended with no bond. Trice Jr. was arrested, and was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing. 

2025-0389, Speeding: On 02/04/25 at 7:14 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Galena Road near Beecher Road West in Bristol Township for speeding. Eric B. Bican, a 22-year-old male from 4000 block of Stanley Avenue in Downers Grove, IL, was cited for driving 88 mph in 55 mph speed zone. Bican was issued a notice to appear in court.

The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all people are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
