2025-0712, ID Theft: On 03/06/2025 at 12:12 p.m., deputies responded to the 100 block of Garden Drive in Oswego Township for a report of identity theft.  The investigation is ongoing. 

2025-0719, Fraud:  On 03/06/2025 at 5:32 p.m., deputies responded to the 0-50 block of Hampton Rd., Oswego Township, for the report of a fraud.  The investigation is ongoing.

2025-0720, Speeding: On 03/06/25 at 6:17 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Caton Farm Road in the area of grove Rd within Na-Au-Say Township for speeding. Antanas Rauchas, a 29-year-old male from the 7800 block of Boxwood in Plainfield, was cited for driving 87 mph in a 55 mph zone. Antanas was issued a notice to appear.

2025-0722, In-State Warrant: On 03/06/25 at 9:30 P.M., deputies conducted a traffic stop in the area of Douglas Road and Long Beach Road in Oswego Township. Contact was made with Stanley E. Sutton 11, a 36-year-old male from the 100 block of Donegal Court in Oswego, who was wanted on a DuPage County failure to appear warrant for Driving While License Suspended. The bond on the warrant was for a personal recognizance. Sutton was provided a DuPage County Court date, and released on the scene.

The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
