2025-1031, ID Theft: On 04/04/25 at 2:11 p.m., deputies responded to the 0-99 block of Shermead Road in Oswego Township for a report of identity theft. The investigation is ongoing.

2025-1037, Warrant Arrest: On 4/4/25 at 1:43 a.m., deputies responded to the 5000 block of Light Road, in Oswego Township for an arrest warrant. Contact was made with Timur Utkirov, a 28-year-old male from 1300 block of Monomoy Street, Aurora who was taken into custody on a Kendall County failure to appear warrant. Utkirov was arrested and transported to the Kendall County Jail without incident.

The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
