2025-1096, Violation of an Order of Protection: On 04/10/25 at 9:39 a.m., deputies responded to the Kendall County Courthouse for a report of a violation of an order of protection. The investigation is ongoing.

2025-1099, Trespass: On 04/10/25 at 9:31 a.m., deputies responded to the 0-99 block of Cayman Drive in Oswego Township for a report of trespass. The investigation is ongoing.

2025-1110, Animal Cruelty: On 04/10/25 at 4:56 p.m., deputies responded to the 800 block of John Street in Bristol Township for a report of animal cruelty. The investigation is ongoing.

2025-1112, No Valid Driver’s License: On 4/10/2025 at 9:59 pm, deputies conducted a traffic stop on Route 30 near Fifth Street for an equipment violation. The driver Brian Torres, a 22-year old male from the 700 block of Delius Street, Aurora was cited for no valid driver’s license and released with a notice to appear. 

2025-1113, Warrant Arrest: On 4/11/25 at 12:04 a.m., deputies responded to the 200 block of Wolverine Drive, in Oswego for an arrest warrant. Contact was made with Joshua Elizarraraz, a 19-year-old male from 200 block of Wolverine Drive, Oswego who was taken into custody on a Kendall County failure to appear warrant. Elizarraraz was arrested and transported to the Kendall County Jail without incident.

The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
