2025-1119, Criminal Damage to Property:  On 4/11/2025 at 10:07a.m., deputies responded to the 600 Block of Route 34, Oswego Township, for a report of criminal damage to property.  The case is under investigation.  

2025-1126, DUI: On 04/11/25 at 10:25 p.m., deputies responded for a property damage crash in the 0-99 block of Tuma Road in Bristol Township. Nicholas K. Mohr, a 27-year-old male from the 3900 block of N. Potsdam Avenue in Sioux Falls, was arrested for driving under the influence. Mohr was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.

The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
