2025-1345, Domestic Battery: On 05/03/25 at 12:26 p.m., deputies responded to the 0-99 block of Hubbard Way in Oswego Township for a report of a domestic battery. The investigation is ongoing.

2025-1349, Harassment by electronic device: On 05-03-2025 at 5:58 p.m. deputies responded to the 1100 block of Cornell Ln for a report of harassment by electronic device. The investigation is ongoing.

2025-1348, Hit and Run Traffic Crash: On 05/03/25 at 6:04 p.m., deputies responded to the area of Route 71 and Sleepy Hollow Road in the city of Yorkville for a reported property damage accident hit and run. The investigation is still ongoing. 

2025-1351, Warrant arrest: On 05/03/25 at approximately 09:26 P.M., deputies made contact with Otis Thomas, a 56-year old male from the 1000 block of Gladstone in Aurora, in the 0-100 block of E. Merchants Dr. Thomas was found to have a Kane County Warrant and he was transported to the Kendall County Jail.

2025-1352, DUI: On 05/04/25 at 12:22 a.m., Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the area of Route 34 near McHugh Rd., Bristol Township, Deputies made contact with Kristal L. Jones, a 43-year-old female from the 3000 block of Pratt St., Plano. Jones was arrested for driving under the influence.  Jones was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.

The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
