2025-1575, No Valid License:  On 5/24/2025 at 11:10 a.m., deputies completed a traffic stop on Route 47 near W Spring Street Yorkville.  The driver, John Mason, an 18-year-old man from the 900 Block of Fawn Ridge Ct, Yorkville, was cited for driving without a license, driving without insurance, and driving without registration.  He was released with a notice to appear. 

2025-1576, Aggravated fleeing/eluding:  On 5/24/25 at 12:15 p.m., deputies attempted a traffic stop near Reservation Road and Fields Drive, Oswego Township, and the vehicle fled.  The case is under investigation. 

2025-1580, DUI: On 05/24/25 at 8:52 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Cannonball Trail and Route 34 in Yorkville for speeding. Juan Arellano-Berber, a 32-year-old male from the 10000 block of Oregon Trail in Huntley, was arrested for driving under the influence. Arellano was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.

2025-1581, In-State Warrant: On 05/24/25 at 8:52 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop in the area of Cannonball Trail and Route 34 in Yorkville. Contact was made with Juan Arellano-Berber, a 32-year-old male from the 10000 block of Oregon Trail in Huntley, who was wanted on a original Kendall County warrant for domestic battery (no bond).  Arellano was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.

2025-1582, DUI: On 05/24/25 at 10:56 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Route 71 near Wolf Road in Oswego Township for speeding. Erica Ann Nash, a 40-year-old female from the 0-99 block of Springdale Road in Oswego Township, was arrested for driving under the influence, endangering the life of a child, possession of cannabis and open alcohol by a driver, and unlawful possession of a weapon. Nash was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.

2025-1584, Motor Vehicle Theft: On 05/24/25 at 11:25 p.m., deputies responded to the area of Light Road and Commerce Drive in Oswego Township for a report of a motor vehicle theft. The investigation is ongoing, 

2025-1585, Fleeing/Eluding:  On 5/24/25 at 9:20 p.m., deputies attempted a traffic stop near Boulder Hill Pass and Seneca Drive in Oswego Township, and the vehicle fled.  The case is under investigation.
