2025-1586, DUI: On 05/25/25 at 6:35 a.m., deputies responded to a report of a traffic crash near the 0-99 block of Fernwood Road in Oswego Township. Bernardo Camacho-Aguilar, a 26-year-old male from the 200 block of South Spencer Street in Aurora, was arrested for driving under the influence. Camacho-Aguilar was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.
2025-1589, Domestic Battery: On 05/25/2025 at 11:51 a.m., deputies responded to a report of a domestic battery in the 0-99 block of Springdale Road in Oswego Township. After investigation, Charles Wargo, a 28-year-old male from the 0-99 block of Springdale Road in Oswego Township, was arrested for domestic battery. Wargo was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.
2025-1590, No Valid Driver’s License: On 05/25/25 at 6:34 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Ashlawn Avenue near Eastway Drive in Oswego Township for speeding. The driver, a 17-year-old juvenile was cited for speeding 36-mph in a 25-mph speed zone and for having no valid driver’s license. The juvenile was issued a notice to appear and released.
2025-1592, Criminal Damage to Property: On 05/25/25 at 7:50 p.m., deputies responded to the 2000 block of Kingsmill Street in Yorkville Township for a report of criminal damage to property that occurred sometime between 6:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. The investigation is ongoing.
2025-1591, Aggravated Assault: On 05/25/25 at 06:25 p.m., deputies responded to the 0-100 Block of Sonora Drive in Oswego Township for the report of a domestic incident. After investigation, Cherie A. Morin, a 49-year-old female from 0-99 block of Sonora Drive in Oswego Township, was arrested for aggravated assault. Morin was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.
2025-1593, Domestic Battery: On 05/26/25 at 12:46 a.m., deputies responded to a report of a domestic battery in the 1200 block of Game Farm Road in Bristol Township. After investigation, Alejandro Avila, a 30-year-old male from the 1200 block of Game Farm Road in Bristol Township, was arrested for domestic battery. Avila was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.
