2025-1695, DUI: On 06/09/25 at 23:59 a.m., Deputies responded to the area of Route 126 and Fairway Drive, Na-Au-Say Township, for the vehicle crash.  While investigating the crash, driver Ruben M. Diaz, a 44-year-old male from the 2000 block of Hearthstone Ave, Yorkville, was arrested for driving under the influence.  Diaz was transported to the Kendall Jail for processing.

The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
