2025-1769, Violation of an order of protection:  On 6/11/2025 at 10:57a.m., deputies responded to the 200 Block of Farm Ct, Yorkville, for a report of a violation of an order of protection.  The case is under investigation. 

2025-1770, In-State Warrant: On 06/11/25 at 11:24 a.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 0-99 block of Circle Drive East in Oswego Township. Contact was made with Arthur Wilson, a 31-year-old male from the 0-99 block of Circle Drive East in Oswego Township, who was wanted on a Kendall County original warrant for failure to appear for driving while suspended and a Kane County original warrant for failure to appear for driving under the influence. Wilson was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.

2025-1779, Possession of a firearm without a FOID: On 06/11/25 at 9:54 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Route 31 near Anchor Drive in Oswego Township due to a headlight out and expired registration. Michelle Benitez, a 32-year-old female from the 2700 block of Light Road in Oswego, was arrested for possession of a firearm without a FOID. Benitez was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.

2025-1780, Speeding, Unlawful Possession of Cannabis by driver: On 06/11/25 at 10:45 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Route 47 near Ament Road in Kendall Township for speeding. David J. Gardner, a 24-year-old male from the 1700 block of Arbor Lane in Crest Hill, was cited for driving 82-mph in a 55-mph speed zone. Gardner was issued a citation for speeding and unlawful possession of cannabis by a driver and given a notice to appear.
