2025-1990, Aggravated Fleeing and Eluding a Peace Officer: On 06/28/25 at 11:59 p.m., deputies attempted a traffic stop in the area of Plainfield Road and Oswego Plains Drive in Oswego Township for a vehicle failing to display registration plates in which the vehicle fled from deputies. The investigation is ongoing.

The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
